2. How We Do Not Use AI

• Customer service, quotes, and order handling are managed by our team. AI does not replace the people you deal with at TableBaseDepot.

3. Product Images

AI image enhancement is used to make our photos clearer and easier to view. It is not used to change a product's design, dimensions, materials, construction, or features. However, as with any product photography, actual products may vary slightly from images due to lighting, screen settings, natural material variation (such as wood grain or stone patterns), and finish differences.

Product specifications listed on each product page (including dimensions, materials, weight, and finish details) take priority over images. If you have questions about how a product looks or whether it fits your needs, please contact us before ordering. We are happy to help, and samples may be available for certain finishes.

4. Your Information

Some of our backend automations may process business information, which can include order or contact details, in order to operate our website and fulfill orders. Any such processing is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not knowingly allow our AI providers to use your personal information to train their public AI models.

5. Third-Party AI Providers

We may use reputable third-party software providers to deliver AI features. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We choose providers we believe handle data responsibly, but we are not responsible for the independent practices of third parties.

6. Human Oversight

Our team reviews AI-assisted output, including enhanced images and automated website content, before or after it is published and makes corrections where needed. If you notice something on our website that appears inaccurate, please let us know and we will review it promptly.
