These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text message program operated by Tess Marketing Group Inc., a corporation registered in the Province of British Columbia, Canada, doing business as TableBaseDepot ("TableBaseDepot", "we", "us", or "our"). By sending us a text message, or by providing your mobile number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms.
TableBaseDepot offers SMS/text message communication to customers and prospective customers for the purpose of responding to product inquiries, providing quotes and pricing, answering questions about restaurant and hospitality furniture, and delivering order and shipping status updates.
This is a conversational customer service program. We do not send unsolicited text messages, and we do not send bulk promotional or marketing text message campaigns. We do not purchase, rent, or import phone number lists from any source.
You may opt in to receive text messages from TableBaseDepot in either of the following ways:
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from TableBaseDepot.
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. Messages are sent in response to your inquiry or in connection with an active quote or order. You will not receive recurring scheduled messages.
Message and data rates may apply. TableBaseDepot does not charge you for text messages. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your text messaging plan.
Reply HELP to any message from our number to receive our business name and support contact information. You may also reach us at any time by email at sales@tablebasedepot.com or by phone at 323-488-6323.
You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message from our number.
After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further text messages to that number. You may also opt out by emailing sales@tablebasedepot.com or calling 323-488-6323.
If you opt out and later wish to resume receiving messages, you may simply text us again at our business number.
Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside our control. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
This text message program is available to customers located in the United States who are 18 years of age or older. By participating, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or that you have the account holder's permission to use it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Information you provide by text message is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to fulfill your quote or order. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, please review our Privacy Policy.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Your continued participation in the text message program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
